The Eagle Cheesesteak is a signature variation that builds on the classic Philly cheesesteak tradition with added vegetables. At Phat Boy Cheesesteaks, we start with our tender ribeye steak, thinly sliced and griddled to perfection, then add fresh sautéed mushrooms and bell peppers for extra flavor and texture. The combination is topped with melted provolone cheese and served on our authentic Philadelphia hoagie roll.
